My beautiful wife, Tilda, and I have been fortunate to be able to own multiple vacation properties in SW Florida for over 10 years, and while maintaining our lakefront home in Essex County, we continue to enjoy spending time at our condo in sunny Florida during the winter months!
As a Real Estate Broker in Ontario and Florida I have the required licensing and designations to provide my clients access to two of these desirable spots to live in North America. And with an extensive knowledge of International commerce, my legal team and I can assist Canadians in purchasing waterfront vacation and investment property in both countries and cut through all the red tape that's involved in the process.

Did You Know? SW Ontario Is Canada’s Most Southerly Point and Has One Of The Most Moderate Climates In All Of Canada.
Surrounded on three sides by water and located in the far south of Ontario, Essex County enjoys long summers, short winters and is the warmest county in the province. With Lake Erie to the south, the Detroit River to the west, and Lake St. Clair to the north, our climate is heavily influenced by the water. With over 200 miles of waterfront homes, there is something available for every budget.
We are located about 4 hours south-west of Toronto and a few minutes south of Detroit Michigan. The county is a robust manufacturing and agriculture center. It has a rapidly expanding tourism industry thanks in part to the 18 local wineries and 15 craft breweries. The area also has an extensive 800-mile network of walking and biking trails.
Water Sports
We have unrivalled opportunities for boating, fishing, kayaking, and paddle-boarding. A drive along our historic coast offers one breathtaking water view after another. Our sunsets are spectacular. Leamington Boat Marina is renowned among seasonal and transient boaters as a deep harbour Marina and a gateway to excellent fishing and boating opportunities on Lake Erie.
Windsor Yacht Club is located at the mouth of the Detroit River. With Peche Island providing a scenic background and Lake St Clair minutes away, WYC is a gathering place for avid boaters and one of Windsor’s most prestigious social venues. Enjoying a reputation for warm hospitality, world-class boating and outstanding dining, club members and guests love this little yacht club on the Great Lakes.
Golf Paradise
Essex-County enjoys seven months of short-sleeve weather every year and it is not uncommon for golfers to take advantage of warm spells to tee it up in the early spring and late fall.
